What does the delivery fee include?

The delivery fee includes delivery and end-of-rental pickup. Setup is provided when available. Car-seat installation is not offered.

How is the gear cleaned?

Every rental is inspected and thoroughly cleaned between families. Washable parts and linens are laundered, and appropriate items are disinfected and steam cleaned.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes. Every reservation has a three-day minimum charge. You may rent for one or two days, but the rental charge will be based on three days.

What if I do not know my exact address yet?

You can enter “TBD” for the delivery address at checkout and provide the final address to your local Rental Partner later.

When will my gear arrive?

Delivery and pickup use two-hour windows. You may also request an ETA text at checkout.
