-3 swaddles
-Nursing cover
-Changing mat
-Lysol wipes
-Hand sanitizer
-Snacks for you (especially protein)
-Wallet
-Babyβs birth certificate
-Baby carrier
-Most importantly grace for yourself and baby!
Flying tips:
-You can bring frozen milk thru security / or formula
-Buy a water after security
-Download podcast or audio book and use Bluetooth headphones

Her tips for preparing for your destination:
Donβt try to haul it all! Rent the items you need and have them delivered to your hotel, Airbnb, VRBO, family/friendsβ house.


βAs parents we get to be prepared patient, and peaceful but there are still
things that arenβt in our control. Traveling with your children brings those feelings right to the surface. I am learning to be easy on myself and remember that I can always research well, pack strategically, and plan well for my destination and the rest is just a season. We do our best.β -Katie
