This notice covers the rental partner sign-in trial operated by Rentsa LLC, doing business as Rents4Baby. It does not replace notices for customer bookings or other company services.

What the trial does

We are testing company-account sign-in with a small group of rental partners. This step checks your identity and eligibility. Completing it does not activate access to orders or the company CRM. Keep using your usual calendar and email for orders until Rents4Baby tells you otherwise.

Information we use

Google supplies your company email address and an account identifier. We compare these with company-account and rental-partner records. We keep the connection status, account identifiers, associated partner record, and setup and verification dates. Company-directory snapshots include names, company email addresses, account identifiers and account status.

Google handles your sign-in. Do not send your password or verification codes to Rents4Baby staff. This trial requests identity/email permissions and permission to connect to an external service so it can send sign-in proof to our private verification system. These permissions do not grant this trial access to read Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google Calendar contents.

Services involved

We use Google for company-account sign-in and the trial application. Our private verification system uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure for application processing and storage. These services handle information needed to provide their functions. This notice does not promise that processing occurs only in a particular country.

Retention and leaving the platform

Our approved process calls for disabling portal access when a rental partner leaves and manually reviewing sign-in and verification records within 30 days. This is a review, not an automatic deletion deadline. We consider what is no longer needed and what must remain for security or documented business or legal obligations. A limited disabled-account record may be needed to prevent unauthorized reactivation.

Deletion reviews must consider directory snapshots, record dependencies and any backup copies; we do not promise immediate erasure from all systems. Order, payment, tax, contract, incident and claim records are handled separately.

Your choices and questions

You can decline the trial permissions and continue using the current order process. You can review or remove the app connection in your Google Account connection settings. Removing that connection does not automatically delete records already held by Rents4Baby.
