Standard cancellation + refund policy
Applies to all Reservations during the year that do not fall under our Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years Holiday Cancellation Policy.
–100% Refundable: Orders cancelled 7 or more days prior to the start of your reservation date.
– 50% Refundable: Orders cancelled 4-6 days prior to the start of your reservation date.
– Non-Refundable: Orders cancelled 3 days or less prior to the start of your reservation date.
holiday cancellation + refund policy
Applies to Reservations placed with any part of the rental term landing on the week of* (Mon-Sun) Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years Day. For 2023, this includes the week of Thanksgiving November 20-26, the week prior and week of Christmas December 18-31, and the week of New Years Day January 1-7. *Note, the previous week has been included on the “week of” Christmas to include peak travel dates.
– 100% Refundable: Orders cancelled 10 or more days prior to the start of your reservation date.
– 50% Refundable: Orders cancelled 5-9 days prior to the start of your reservation date.
– Non-Refundable: Orders cancelled 4 days or less prior to the start of your reservation date.
why do you have this cancellation + refund policy?
At rents-4-baby, we strive for excellence. In doing so, we need to ensure the best possible experience for all of our clients and for our local Rental Partners hand delivering your rental gear. When you place a reservation with us, we specifically reserve the rental items you have selected for your family.
How are the days prior to the reservation counted?
Simply put the “days prior to the start of your reservation” are the number of days until your order starts. It does not include the start date of your reservation.
For example, if your Reservation start date is July 4th and you submit a request to cancel on June 27th, your order would be fully refundable as you are cancelling 7 days prior to the start of your reservation per our Standard Cancellation + Refund Policy.
when does the policy apply?
Our Cancellation + Refund Policy applies to all reservations. We know that there are some things that are outside of your control — cancelled flights, sickness, natural disasters, etc. — all of these scenarios would still be included under our policy. For example, if you need to cancel your trip due to sickness, the refund policy will still be followed.
What if i placed a rush order?
If you’ve placed a Rush Order (a reservation placed within 48 hours of the start date/time) and you’d like to cancel unfortunately it is non-refundable.
There will be no refunds for same day cancellations, cancellations within 72 hrs of the start date, or after the items are delivered or picked up.
