How does self pick up/drop off work?

By selecting Self Pick Up you are opting out of delivery and instead choosing to pick up your rental items yourself from a designated Self Pick Up/Drop Off location. You are also required to drop off your rental items at the end of your rental term to the same Self Pick Up/Drop Off location.

Same Day + Rush Self Pick Up Orders:

For reservations placed 48 hours or less in advance to your rental start date are subject to a rush fee. Reservations placed less than 48 hours in advance to your Reservation start date/time are subject to a rush order fee of $85 for “delivery” and $45 for “self pickup” (noted on the FAQ Page). If applicable, this rush fee will be added to your Reservation after it is placed and availability is confirmed by the local Rental Partner receiving the order *Please note orders are subject to availability.

Are all items available for self pick up/drop off?

No, Full Size Portable Cribs are not available for self pick up due to the size restrictions. Additionally, in some locations the Smart Bassinet is not available for self pick up due to the fragile nature. Our team will notify you if the Smart Bassinet is not available for self pick up from the self pick up location you choose or if you select a Full Size Portable Crib for self pick up and you will have the option to update your order to delivery or cancel and refund your order.

How do I Choose Self Pick Up?
Add the items you are looking to rent to the Cart. The Quote Calculator will automatically pop up. Select the “No Delivery/ I will pick up” on the Quote calculator. Select your rental dates in the Pop Up Cart the select Checkout. In the checkout field Self Pick Up Location please select the Self Pick Up and Drop Off Location you are choosing from the drop down menu.

After a reservation is made, our local Rental Partner will reach out to you about your reservation details and also provide the exact self pick-up and drop off address.
